Users of Ongo PPI or the website https://ongo.co.in are requested to carefully read these Terms & Conditions before registering, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any services. By accessing or using Ongo, the website, or its applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Notification
Ongo is owned and operated by India Transact Services Limited (ITSL), incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. ITSL provides technology-enabled payment services and is authorized under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, offering PPI services under the brand name Ongo.
User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You should not be previously suspended or removed from using Ongo services.
- Customers must comply with KYC requirements (Minimum KYC: ₹10,000/month, Full KYC: ₹2,00,000 balance limit).
Services & Validity
Ongo provides secure digital payments for merchants, billers, and service providers. Reloadable and gift PPIs are valid for 3–7 years from issuance. Inactive PPIs (not used for 1 year) may be classified as inactive, and balances may be forfeited as per RBI guidelines.
Cardholder Obligations
- Keep your PIN secure and never disclose it.
- Ensure sufficient balance before transactions.
- Expired PPIs must be destroyed by cutting through the magnetic strip.
- Unauthorized transactions must be reported immediately to avoid liability.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts. Arbitration may be conducted in Mumbai in English.
